In a moment of auto-mania, our client requested the addition of a six-car garage and apartment to his existing two house four-car small suburban estate.

Our proposal was to create a separate motor court at the property entrance and add a similarly detailed three story addition to the house. Forseen as an exotic blend of country squire (cut stone and cedar shingling) and Maserati (steel grass conopies, glass towers) detailing, the new garages maintain small scale, but high punch Wheeling gables added to the picturesque assembly.

Renovations to the main house included enlarging poolside, living bedroom areas on three respective floors. Glazed corner towers on main house take advantage of views overlooking the pool and property.
