The mobile home competition attempts to come to grips with that old American dilemma-- the urge to move towards new frontier and the equally strong urge for roots. Some quick facade work (in any style) would set the scale and place mobile home parks lack.  And Gothic makes particularly nifty pin-striping when in transport position.  Rolling Roots.
